Welcome to the "Orders" tab of your Shiprocket dashboard. Here, we give you the most important information related to the orders you ship with Shiprocket:



Order Statuses, Prepaid vs. COD Orders, Buyers' Demographics, Most Popular Order Locations




Find exactly what you're looking for by filtering out the rest of the data. You can put a filter on shipment zone, couriers, order date, payment mode, and shipment mode. 


Note: Filters will work on all data points on the screen. Displayed data will change as per the selected filter.


Let's understand these filters in-depth:


1. Date: Currently we show a default value for the last 7 Days (Excluding Current Date). The date will work as it is currently working.


2. Zone: Currently we show a default value for all zones: The drop-down contains the following value. You can select multiple options at once:

  • All Zone
  • Zone A
  • Zone B
  • Zone C
  • Zone D
  • Zone E

It's a multi-select. 


3. Couriers: Currently, we show a default value for all couriers. The drop-down contains the list of couriers you have used to date. You can select multiple options at once. 


For example:

  • All Couriers
  • FedEx
  • Delhivery
  • XpressBees


4. Payment Mode: Currently, we show a default value for both COD & Prepaid orders. The drop-down contains the following value:

  • Prepaid & COD
  • COD
  • Prepaid


5. Shipment Mode: Currently, we show a default value for Air & Surface Mode. The drop-down contains the following value:


  • Air & Surface
  • Air
  • Surface


Definitions and Description of each data point:


Date: Total no. of orders placed till now on the respective date.


Total Orders: Total no. of orders added to the panel with the respective date. It excludes canceled orders.


Pickup Scheduled: Count of shipments in pickup scheduled status.


Order Shipped: Count of shipments in shipped status.


In Transit: Count of shipments in In-Transit status.


Active NDR: Count of shipments that are still in NDR.


Delivered: Count of shipments in Delivered status.


RTO: Count of Shipment with status RTO (i.e.RTO Initiated, RTO Delivered, RTO Acknowledged, RTO-OFD, RTO-NDR).


Lost/Damaged: Count of Shipment with status Lost/Damaged/ Destroyed.

This chart represents the order payment mode. Data on this chart will be updated as per the selected filters. If you hover on this, you will be able to view the following values:

4. Lost/Damaged


Buyers' demographics



This chart represents the gender of your customers. Data on this chart will be updated as per the selected filters. If you hover on this, you will be able to view the following values:


1. Order Count

2. Revenue

3. RTO Count


Locations from where you get the most of your orders


It will display the state-wise contribution of orders as per the following table. Data of this chart will be updated according to the filters selected by the user. 


Definitions and Description of each data point:


State: Name of the state

Order Count: Count of non-canceled shipments w.r.t state

Revenue: Sum of total orders value (Non-Cancelled) of shipment w.r.t. State. The order should not be lost, damaged, RTO initiated, RTO delivered, RTO Acknowledged, RTO-OFD, RTO-NDR.

Revenue %: Statewise percentage of order value (Non-Cancelled). The order should not be lost, damaged, RTO initiated, RTO delivered, RTO Acknowledged, RTO-OFD, RTO-NDR.



Top 10 Customers



You can also view your top 10 customers for the last 30 days, along with the number of orders and revenue you received from each customer. The criteria for determining the top customer are given below:


1. Number of orders

2. Revenue Generated


Definitions and Description of each data point:


Order Count: No. of orders by the customer


Revenue: Sum of order value. The order should not be lost, damaged, RTO initiated, RTO delivered, RTO Acknowledged, RTO-OFD, RTO-NDR.



Top 10 Products



In the end, you can see your top 10 products that are in demand, how many of them have you sold out, and how much revenue you earned from each product. The criteria for determining the top customer are given below:


1. Number of orders

2. Revenue Generated


Definitions and Description of each data point:


Unit Sold: Total units sold by you


Revenue: Sum of products value sold by you. Orders should be non-canceled and should not be lost, damaged, RTO initiated, RTO delivered.
