Let’s look at some key elements of your dashboard:
Shipment Details
This part will give you an overview of your orders, and total shipments count. With this, you can also view shipments in different statuses such as pickup scheduled, shipped, in-transit, delivered, and RTO.
Today's Orders: Total orders received/added on the current date.
Yesterday's Orders: Total orders received on the previous date.
Total Shipments: Count of non-canceled shipments in the last 30 days (excluding today).
Pickup Pending: Total shipments with status: shipment pickup generated, shipment pickup queued, shipment pickup rescheduled, out for pickup, pickup exception, AWB assigned, and pickup error.
In Transit: Total shipments with status: pickup done, shipment fulfilled, fulfilled, shipment in-transit, shipment delay, misrouted, reached destination hub, out for delivery.
Delivered: Total shipments in delivered status.
NDR Pending: Total shipments in undelivered status.
RTO: Total shipments that are in RTO (RTO Initiated, RTO Delivered, RTO OFD, RTO Acknowledged, RTO NDR).
Revenue
We divided revenue into two sections. The first section tells you about your current revenue, and the bottom section gives you an overview of your revenue to date.
Today's Revenue: Sum of today's orders value excluding the value of canceled orders.
Yesterday's Revenue: Sum of yesterday's orders value excluding the value of canceled orders. With this, shipment status should not be lost, damaged, RTO initiated, or RTO delivered.
Total Revenue: Sum of lifetime shipments value excluding canceled shipments and orders in lost, damage, Destroyed, RTO Initiated, RTO Delivered, RTO Acknowledged, RTO-OFD, RTO-NDR statuses.
Weekly Revenue: Sum of orders value assigned in the last 7 days, excluding the current date. Shipments should not be in the canceled, lost, damage, Destroyed, RTO Initiated, RTO Delivered, RTO Acknowledged, RTO-OFD, RTO-NDR statuses.
Monthly Revenue: Sum of orders value assigned in the last month. Shipments should not be in the canceled, lost, damage, Destroyed, RTO Initiated, RTO Delivered, RTO Acknowledged, RTO-OFD, RTO-NDR statuses.
Quarterly Revenue: Sum of orders value assigned in the last 3 months. Shipments should not be in the canceled, lost, damage, Destroyed, RTO Initiated, RTO Delivered, RTO Acknowledged, RTO-OFD, RTO-NDR statuses.
Yearly Revenue: Sum of orders value assigned in the current year. Shipments should not be in the canceled, lost, damage, Destroyed, RTO Initiated, RTO Delivered, RTO Acknowledged, RTO-OFD, RTO-NDR statuses.
Note: We calculate your revenue based on the value of orders you ship with us.
NDR
View the difference between your NDR count and reattempt count for the last 30 days. We also show you the number of reattempt requests made by you and your buyer.
Total NDR: Count of shipments went into NDR in the last 30 days.
Your Reattempt Request: NDR shipments where we received a response from your side.
Buyer Reattempt Request: NDR shipments where we received a response from your buyers.
NDR Delivered: Count of shipments delivered after NDR reattempt request raised.
Shipping Cost
You can check what's the average cost of shipping orders on Shiprocket here. We calculate this based on your last 30 days shipping cost.
Average Shipping Cost: Total shipment cost divided by the number of non-canceled AWBs.
COD Remittance
COD remittance tab gives you an overview of all necessary details such as total COD available, pending remittance amount, and last COD amount that has been remitted to your account.
Total COD: Total Order Value of Delivered COD Shipments.
COD Available: Total COD amount ready for remittance
COD Pending (Greater than 8 days): Sum of COD order value which has been delivered 8 or more days ago. COD remittance is pending too.
Last COD Remitted: Amount of Last COD remittance.
Couriers Split and Shipment Overview
These two sections give you an outline of your preferred courier partners and shipments bifurcation for each courier.
Charts Value: Donut chart represents the count of shipments per courier
Pickup Unscheduled: Count of shipments in the last 30 days where the current status is AWB assigned, pickup error, and label generated.
Pickup Scheduled: Count of shipments in the last 30 days where the current status is shipment pickup generated, shipment pickup queued, shipment pickup rescheduled, out for pickup, and pickup exception.
In-Transit: Shipments in the last 30 days where the current status is pickup done, shipment shipped, fulfilled, shipment in transit, shipment delay, misrouted, reached destination hub, and out for delivery.
Delivered: Shipments in the last 30 days where the current status is delivered
NDR Raised: Total shipments went to NDR (last 30 days)
NDR Delivered: Shipments delivered post-NDR raised status in the last 30 days
NDR Pending: Shipments with undelivered status (last 30 days)
RTO: Shipments in the last 30 days where the current status is RTO Initiated, RTO Delivered, RTO Acknowledged, RTO-OFD, RTO-NDR
Lost/Damaged: Shipments with status lost, damaged, and destroyed
Total Shipments: Total no. of shipments (non-canceled shipments assigned in the last 30 days)
Overall Shipment Status
This chart represents the status of your shipped shipments in the last 30 days.
Delivered: Total shipments in the delivered status.
Undelivered: Total shipments in the undelivered status.
Lost/Damaged: Total shipments with status: lost, destroyed, damaged, disposed.
InTransit: Total shipments with status: Pickup done, shipment shipped, fulfilled, shipment in transit, shipment delay, misrouted, reached destination hub, out for pickup.
RTO: Total shipments with status: RTO initiated, RTO NDR, RTO OFD, RTO delivered, RTO acknowledged.
Delivery Performance
The chart represents your delivery performance.
OnTime Deliveries: Total shipments delivered within the expected delivery date.
Late Deliveries: Total shipments exceeded the expected delivery date.
Order Location and Zone Distribution 
COD remittance tab gives you an overview of all necessary details such as total COD available, pending remittance amount, last COD remitted, etc.
Order: It is the state-wise order count. The above graph represents the intensity of orders based on the number of orders you get from each state.
RTO: It is the state-wise RTO count. The above graph represents the intensity of RTO count based on the number of RTO you get from each state.
Zone: Count all shipments zone wise.
