Custom channel can be created to manage offline/Store orders or to manage orders from channels which are not integrated with Shiprocket.
How to Add a Custom Channel
Step 1 : Go to Channels -> Click “Add Channel”
Step 2 : You will see a list of all the channels that can be integrated with Shiprocket. Now select Custom -> Click Integrate
Step 3 : Fill in the Channel Name field -> Click “Save Channel & Test Connection”
Green icon indicates that the channel have been successfully configured.
(Note : Orders do not come into the system automatically via any channel and no inventory is updated to Custom channel. User have to import orders manually for Custom Channel via “Bulk import Order Sheet”)
