You may raise a complaint for delay in delivery of your shipment, if your shipment is not delivered to the destination pin code within the TAT mentioned below for different zones.

Please note that the TAT mentioned below is for the first attempt for delivery.


In case your parcel has not been delivered within the TAT mentioned below, we request you to raise a complaint to Shiprocket support via Call / Chat / Ticket. On receiving the request, we will get the delivery expedited by connecting to concerned logistics partner.
