Your order will get picked up, once its status is updated as Pickup Scheduled in the Pickups tab.

If you generate a Pickup request till 1 pm, Pickup will take place on the same day. However, Pickup generated after 1 pm may not get picked up on the same day and would get assigned for the next day.

In case that your shipment is still not Picked up within the scheduled time-frame, we request you to create a support ticket mentioning the AWB Number of the shipment that is pending for pickup. On receiving your ticket, Shiprocket Support will arrange the Pick up of your shipment within a time frame of next 24 - 48 hours.
