Your order will get picked up, once its status is updated as Pickup Scheduled in the Pickups tab.
You can also refer to Different Pickup stages to know more about all kinds of Pick up statuses.
If you generate a Pickup request till 11 am, Pickup will take place on the same day. However, Pickup generated after 10 am may not get picked up on the same day and would get assigned for the next day.
You can also check cut-off date yourself while initiating pickup:
