Once a channel is integrated with Shiprocket, all the active channel catalog is automatically fetched into the system as Unmapped Products.

Unmapped Product – A Channel Product which is not yet linked/mapped with any master product created in Shiprocket system.

Mapped Product – Those products which are linked to the Master Catalog and therefore can be processed.

To view your mapped and unmapped products:

  • Go to Products Channel Catalog in the left panel of your Shiprocket dashboard.
  • Here you can see the Mapped and Unmapped tab towards the top of the screen.

To map an unmapped product:

  • Click on the green Map button under the Actions column, aligned to each product.
  • A window will pop up where you can search the product to be mapped against.
  • Finally click on the Map button at the end of the pop up.
