Editing an Order


Once an order is created or fetched from any channel, you can click on the Order ID and get into the Orders Details page.

You can edit the following parameters in an order :

  1. Customer Shipping Address
  2. Shipment Details (Dimension and Weight)
  3. Pick up Address
  4. Payment Type ( Prepaid/COD)


Please Note: Once a courier is assigned to an order, you won't be able to edit the shipment details.
