In order to automatically sync your orders, you first need to sync your sales channels with Shiprocket. We provide channel integration service with multiple channels like; Amazon, WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, etc.

For all the channels integrated with ShipRocket, there is an Auto Status update that runs every 30 minutes where we push the order status from Shiprocket to the respective channel. We update orders in real time for Shopify.
Or, go to the processing screen and click on the sync orders from channels button to sync your order immediately.
Just make sure that for your integrated channel, the Order Sync is On
Note: In case your Channel Connector is broken, the Order sync will not work.
