If the customer is not available for receiving the shipment, our courier partners will attempt delivery the next day, until 3 times. If there is no response from the customer even then, your order will be returned to the origin.

You can view these orders in the ShipRocket dashboard via the following steps:

Step 1: Click on the ‘Shipments’ tab from the left panel.

Step 2: Go to RTO tab in ‘Shipments’. Here you can view the shipment details. The orders that are delivered to the origin are found in the ‘delivered’ sub tab in RTO section.
